Meet the Director

Darian (DJ) DalCortivo
Founder & Director, Élevé Dance Project
Darian DalCortivo is a professionally trained dancer and educator dedicated to developing strong, confident, and disciplined young artists. A graduate of the Ailey/Fordham BFA program and former LaGuardia High School dance major, she brings both competitive and professional experience into every class.
Her teaching focuses on building technical strength, consistency, and performance quality in a structured, supportive environment that challenges dancers to grow.
